SCA Page 6

The chair was a recliner, big and purple. What she'd actually been lying on was a couch in the middle of a large room. All the walls were wooden and had pictures of creatures she didn't recognize. They were portraits someone had used to make the room homey. There was a holopad on a table in the corner and a small table with little figurines of the same animal on the wall.

The place she'd been before had bland decor and no pictures on the wall. Now she wondered if this was their true home and the other place was a decoy.

There was a fireplace but all the pokers and things they could have used to defend themselves were gone.

The translator Dao wore was similar to the one she'd been strapped with. She knew it allowed you to understand and that whoever you were talking to could understand you. They both put their ears to the door to listen to the conversation outside. To their surprise, they heard more than one female voice.

"Why did you have to bring them to mama's house? Now if someone comes to find them, they'll know they are here," female voice one asked.

"You boys haven't been thinking clearly since your daddy died," female voice number two said. She sounded older, so Abigail decided that was the mother. "I know this isn't the life we all wanted, but kidnapping is not the way to keep our family going. What are you going to do with the alien girl, you want your babies to be demon elves?"

"Mama," Abigail recognized this voice as Han's. "Cecilia isn't getting pregnant anymore. The men are panicking that we're going to die out on Adna."

"Cecilia only produced one baby girl and all the rest were boys. Now those boys are almost grown and you're worried about incest, just go ahead and admit it." The older female voice said. Abigail shuddered at the thought.

A male voice that wasn't Hans chimed in. "When we took the girl, she was going into Baston's ship. Maybe we should just steal it and get back to Earth." They had completely bypassed the subject of incest and Abigail was happy for small reprieves.

"Great, these men are from my home planet," Abigail whispered to Dao. “They told me they were from here.”

"Corrupted by being away too long," she said back. “Solitude, without the companionship they were able to experience where they were from, has got them thinking differently.

"I count five voices and that's if some of them aren't being quiet."

"We need weapons badly," Dao said looking around the room. The glowing stick was fading and Abigail cursed herself for only getting one. She’d hastily thrown the stick, a knife, and some medical supplies she found in the bathroom into her bag.

"Okay, we'll just have to use what we have." Abigail walked over and picked up a book from the shelf. It was thick and heavy. Dao saw what she was doing and picked up a statue of the creature that covered the room. It was like an elephant but its face was covered in tentacles and it had protrusions from its back like a stegosaurus."

"Man, someone really likes Helioturfs." Dao said lifting the heavy statue. "Take out the men and fight the women?"

"Yes, that's our only chance." Abigail nodded and knocked a few things off the shelves to cause a commotion. Sure enough she heard one of the men say, "what the hell was that?"

The mother said, "Go make sure they aren't destroying my Helioturfs."

This got an eyeroll from Dao and Abigail had to laugh at the universal symbol of annoyance. This was their chance to escape.

The men came through the door with force but the women were ready for them. Abigail hit Han on the back of the head hard. She couldn't see Dao as she rushed out the door but heard the statue break over the other guy and saw her in her peripheral vision. The mother and woman in the living room were taken by surprise, but they weren't wilting flowers. Both came at them, claws out, ready to attack.

Abigail ended up with the mother, who was a lot stronger than she thought she would be. She easily threw Abigail to the floor and leapt on top of her. She pulled her hair and Abigail lashed out with her hands, grabbing her face and squeezing. It wasn't the best fighting strategy, but it was all she had. It did its job, because the mother let go and gave her an opportunity to push her body weight into her and throw her off.

Dao came up and grabbed the back of the woman's neck causing her to fall to the floor. Abigail realized the other woman was already unconscious.

"Remind me not to piss you off," Abigail said.

“I don’t know what that means,” Dao said.

The two made their way through the house, which turned out to be quite large. There didn’t appear to be anyone in the house besides the people who were unconscious.

It was lucky and Abigail felt a little relief when they made it outside, but instant fear as Dao led her into the woods. She didn’t want to be attacked or have to run scared again. With a deep breath, she charged forward through the trees. It was time to start being brave no matter what the situation was.

  Chapter Ten

Back at the homestead, Sca awoke and alerted the family that Abigail was gone. An experienced tracker, he knew she had been taken. While he searched the house, he found she’d taken a few small survival items, and he thought her plan had initially been to leave. When he went outside, however, he found Baston’s ship standing open and a piece of Abigail’s shirt lying beside it. There were drag marks leading to a set of scooter tracks. She’d definitely been taken. Han was probably just waiting outside to make his move and caught her on her own.

It was unfortunate because Han could have taken her anywhere. But luckily, they still had Halo’s tracking device. They could find her anywhere in the universe if need be. Baston had helped Halo get it working after he’d found it exploring the planet. It was far from a kid’s toy. The men didn’t know they could track Abigail, so that would work in their favor.

Baston plugged the tracker into a computer system he had that would allow it to work like a GPS tracker. After a few clicks, he’d easily tracked Abigail to a commune they all thought was abandoned. After they’d been on Adna for a while they’d made their way across every place they could safely get to, and when they’d been there it had been empty.

“I did good, didn’t I, Dad?” Halo beamed as he watched the little red blip on the screen. He grabbed Sca’s hand as he asked swinging it back and forth.

“You sure did. Listen, keep your eye on that red dot and if it moves get in touch with us. Sound good?” He ruffled the hair on his head.

The men loaded up, this time leaving Cherie with the kids. They took the skiv tracker on this journey. The skiv was like an aerial SUV. It was smaller than a regular ship, but powerful and able to move just as quickly. It was more convenient and had a camouflage mechanism that would allow them to get close to any target without being noticed. The skiv also had a layer of heavy duty artillery and a laser and bullet proof hull that made it one tough little piece of machinery in air, land, or sea. Yes, the little tracker was also seaworthy. It could be sealed in seconds to take on depths well into those of the deepest trenches. Sca was pretty proud that he’d acquired it.

It was a well-equipped little beast and perfect for the job. The men loaded and pointed the ship for the other side of the plains. They would be there in about an hour. Their plan? A simple search, rescue and destroy.

“What do you think she will do?” Sca’s thoughts were only of Abigail. He felt her absence in his heart and realized he wanted to be with her. Now he was worried the men were violating her and it made him furious.

“I don’t know. She is a feisty one, you know?” Baston said, breaking through his thoughts.

“Yeah, I love the fight in her. I hope she stays.”

  “Yeah, me, too.”

They continued over the terrain, keeping their eyes open in case the men decided to move with her or take her back to their other territory. The commune was full of nice, large houses, much like where they were staying, but it was from an older time so the technology was older and the rooms were decorated in an antique way. It was their plan B, and now they knew the men knew about it. This meant t
hey’d have to change their contingency plan again and might be at their current homestead longer.

Sca was okay with that as long as they could find Abigail and get her back. His stomach had been a bundle of nerves since he realized she hadn’t left on her own.

“We have to find her, Baston,” he said finally letting some of the worry back into his voice. He’d been friends with Baston since they were kids, and now living on a planet with the same wife had brought them closer. He knew his friend wouldn’t fault him for being worried.

“I know Sca, we will find her.” He put his hand on Sca’s shoulder.

  Abigail

“What are we doing?” Abigail asked as she bent over her knees. She really wished she had Sca’s air mask at this point. They were moving so fast through the woods. The air was growing thicker and the familiar burning in her chest told her she wasn’t getting enough air.

“We’re going to get a ride,” Dao said, not slowing down as she kept moving in front of her. Abigail followed her quick pace, occasionally getting too close and getting slapped by a branch. They stopped outside a cave that looked eerily familiar to the one she and Sca had been in when they were attacked by the bugs.

Dao whistled loudly and Abigail heard something loud stir inside the cave. She hoped Dao knew what she was getting into, and soon a large cat head appeared at the entrance of the cave. Another one followed, and Abigail realized they belonged to the same body.

Dao held her hand up, and one of the heads nuzzled it then the rest of the massive cat came out of the cave and bent down so she could get on its back. She reached down and pulled Abigail up as well.

Abigail changed her mind about her earlier thought on nothing surprising her. This two-headed cat they were riding surprised the hell out of her.

The cat made quick work of the woods, walking through effortlessly, and Abigail thought she noticed the trees slapping at it on their own. She put that strange thought out of her mind. It was unclear how long they’d been riding through the forest when they came out into an open field. The suns were starting to come up, so they’d definitely been at it all night. She found herself wondering if the family even knew she was gone yet.

Dao stopped the cat and turned it sideways.

Abigail had been lulled into a dazed state riding behind her and almost fell off at the sudden change.

“Someone is coming this way fast.” Dao said pointing in the distance across the open field.

Abigail looked where she was pointing at something approaching them fast in the distance. She saw Baston and Sca coming up to them on some kind of machine. She climbed down off the giant cat and ran towards them.

“Those are my men!” Abigail exclaimed, a little surprised at herself calling them her men. She didn’t care though, they’d come for her even though she’d been mean. They’d come to save her. She really did belong with them.

Baston got to her first lifting her from the ground and spinning her around before kissing her and then pulling back to put his forehead to hers.

“Is that the cat from the maze?” Baston asked as he put her down.

Dao answered, “It is, she doesn’t stay in the maze all the time.”

“I’m glad you’re okay. I was really worried.”

Next Sca grabbed her and pulled her close to his chest. She inhaled his scent and felt right at home. After he’d kissed her and looked her over for injuries, he turned towards the little red girl with her.

“You’re one of Ation’s girls,” Sca said smiling.

“I recognize you two.” Dao said. “It’s been about four years now.”

“Yes, when we first came here,” Sca replied.

Abigail hadn’t realized the two knew Dao and was tempted to say it was such a small world, but refrained. Something hung in the air between Sca and the little red girl.

“This will make up for you taking the Astro Fox, coming to save us.” Dao said.

“Oh, you know about that do you?” Abigail noticed Sca’s cheeks had reddened.

“Can we give you a ride somewhere?” Baston asked her.

“No, I’ll get to my tribe by morning, thank you.”

Dao walked off, leaving the three of them wondering how she would be safe, but Abigail was fairly certain she could handle herself.

“We left them kind of worse for wear.” Abigail said as she climbed onto the ship the two were riding on.

“Makes me proud. Cherie is going to be very happy to see you. So will the kids.” Sca said as he turned them around and started heading across the large field.

“The place you were taken to was our contingency plan,” Baston said sadly. “Clearly it’s been compromised.”

“I think it’s their home base. Their mother was there and she was talking about them bringing their problems into her house.”

“Well, that’s surprising.” Sca said, but he didn’t mention it again the whole way back. Baston held her while Sca drove and kissed her periodically. She was very happy and relieved to be going back to somewhere she’d be safe.

The kids ran out as soon as they were back in front of the house.

“Mama killed Jaca,” little Ruby said as Baston scooped her up and kissed her forehead. A large Jaca body lay on the front steps and its head was blown open.

Abigail felt another pang of guilt bringing something like this to the kids. Now they were seeing so much violence that could have been avoided.

  Chapter Eleven

That night, they put the children to bed together. It was a great experience as they read stories, traded kisses, and checked for monsters. They went into the kitchen and chatted about this and that while sipping wine. Abigail had been anxious about this since she'd spent the night with the men, but now it was upon her. Sometime during the bottles of wine and small talk Cherie smiled and took her by the hand, leading her to their bedroom and the men followed.

Abigail sat next to Cherie. She could feel the lust coming from the other woman and found her eyes moving over her body. She itched to touch her, but didn’t want to be the first one to make a move. She was very aware of Sca and Baston watching them both in anticipation. It was a completely different feeling than when she’d been with them alone. Cherie added a sexier, more taboo element to the already experimental mix; experimental to Abigail, anyway.

Cherie put her hand on Abigail’s leg and Abigail looked at her with hooded eyes. Sca moved slowly sitting next to Abigail and Baston sat next to Cherie. They men didn’t make a move to touch the women, and Abigail got the impression they just wanted to be close when things started heating up.

Abigail put her hand on top of Cherie’s and moved it up her leg. Cherie smiled at her and leaned in to kiss her. Cherie’s lips were soft and sweet, completely different from the hard passionate kisses of Sca and Baston.

Abigail kissed her opening her mouth and letting Cherie push her tongue inside with pleasure. Cherie tasted sweet and her tongue was slow when it moved to caress hers. Abigail moved her hand up higher until Cherie’s hand was over her heated mound. Cherie squeezed it lightly and Abigail’s breath hitched as sensations shot straight up to her stomach.

Baston kissed the back of Cherie’s neck as his hand slid around and squeezed Abigail’s breasts. Sca’s hand found its way up Cherie’s legs until he was rubbing her through her clothing.

She watched as Baston took Cherie’s shirt off and buried his face in her breasts. Abigail looked at Cherie’s heaving breasts and licked her lips.

“You can touch them if you want,” Sca told her from behind his hands working on her pants.

Abigail lifted her hips so Sca could completely remove her clothing. Cherie looked down at her naked body and stood up to completely remove her clothes as well. Cherie moved to sit down but Abigail stopped her with her hands on her hips. Abigail licked her lips one more time before sucking on Cherie’s erect nipple. Even more lust flooded her mind as her core flooded in anticipation of the pleasure she would feel.
<
br />   “That’s it,” Baston said from somewhere behind her.

Abigail’s eyes were closed but she heard the sound of belts being undone and buttons snapping as Sca and Baston got undressed. She pulled away from Cherie’s nipple with a pop and kissed up to her neck. Cherie moved her hands and enclosed Abigail’s breasts just as Baston moved behind her and nudged his firm cock between her ass cheeks.

Abigail pushed her ass back and leaned forward so Cherie had more access to her breasts.

Baston put pressure on her back and Cherie moved backwards on the bed. Abigail lay down and Cherie climbed on top of her. Sca was on the side of Abigail stroking the inside of her thigh and stuck a finger inside of Abigail as she spread her legs wide to give him better access. Abigail’s mouth never left Cherie’s.

Baston positioned himself behind Cherie and pushed his large cock inside of her. Sca moved so his shaft was over Abigail. Abigail let go of Cherie’s breast and took the tip of Sca’s erection into her mouth. She watched as Cherie took Baston in and pushed back against him so she could put her mouth on Abigail’s heated center.

Abigail’s hips shot off the bed but she continued to suck on Sca. The smell of sex permeated her senses and her vision became fuzzy with the sensations.

Cherie circled her tongue around Abigail’s clit not yet touching it directly as she pushed a finger inside of her, joining with Sca’s finger already beckoning her to come for him. She saw Baston getting slower as he thrust into Cherie, watching what was happening between Abigail’s legs. She moaned loudly as her orgasm started to build.

Abigail ground herself into Cherie’s face as Baston picked up the pace behind her and the slurping sound of Abigail’s lips around Sca’s cock became louder. Abigail shuddered around Cherie’s mouth and her thighs clenched over Cherie’s head. Baston saved her as he pulled Abigail’s legs apart. Abigail’s moans got louder as she went over the edge.
